York County Solid Waste Authority Appoints Solid Waste Engineer
The York County Solid Waste Authority recently appointed Jeffrey Kozlowski to the position of Solid Waste Engineer.
Kozlowski is responsible for providing technical oversight, support and review of facilities owned or operated by the Authority. Primary duties include: monitoring day to day operations of the Resource Recovery Center; maintaining and developing information and accountability systems in order to monitor plant performance; monitoring compliance with facility permits and various agreements and reviewing technical work done by others.
Prior to joining the Authority, Kozlowski served as First Class Machinist Mate in the United States Navy. He resides in Camp Hill.
